Amy Threefoot Valeiras was born and raised in New Orleans and started working with clay in high school. She finds inspiration in both man-made and natural structure and uses texture for expression. Amy works predominantly as a hand builder using soft slab, coil and pinching techniques to create functional and sculptural pieces.
Her home and studio are in La Jolla, California. |
